Awaken something ancient and powerful within you on our transformational 4 Day, 3 Night Sedona Yoga Getaway. Set against the otherworldly red rock canyons of Sedona, this immersive experience blends daily yoga, meditation, and breathtaking hikes with spacious time to explore, relax, and simply be.

We’ll trek iconic trails, moving through landscapes known for their powerful vortex energy and expansive desert beauty. Sunrise meditations overlook glowing sandstone spires, while evenings are spent chasing golden light on the cliffs before returning to our private retreat house, complete with practice space and pool, for deep rest and connection.

Between red rock adventures and quiet reflection, you’ll wander charming streets, visit local shops and restaurants, and have the option to indulge in spa treatments.

This is more than a getaway—it’s a reset for your nervous system, your spirit, and the next chapter of your story.

Our home for the journey is the extraordinary UZU Dome, a 15,000-square-foot architectural sanctuary nestled on seven private acres along Oak Creek. Just minutes from downtown yet tucked into serene nature, the Dome sits near the convergence of powerful vortex sites including Cathedral Rock and Airport Mesa, creating a space many describe as deeply grounding and expansive all at once.

You’re going to love our private retreat sanctuary, designed for both connection and deep restoration. Featuring 10 spacious bedrooms and light-filled yoga and meditation halls, inviting movement and stillness in equal measure.

Outside, Oak Creek flows along the property with private swimming holes just steps away, while a stunning 40-foot pool with built-in hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind. Two additional hot tubs, including a rooftop spa beneath the stars, elevate the evenings in this inspiring and peaceful space.

From the property, we can hike directly to Red Rock Crossing, Baldwin Trail, and the quieter backside approach to Cathedral Rock, bypassing the busiest tourist areas. Morning coffee overlooking Oak Creek. Evening soaks beneath desert constellations. Practice in a light-filled sanctuary space. This is elevated retreat living at its finest.

There are places that feel beautiful…and then there are places that feel alive. In Sedona, towering crimson spires glow at sunrise, Oak Creek winds through emerald canyon walls, and the air itself feels charged with something ancient and electric.

Cathedral Rock & Templeton Loop

Cathedral Rock Sedona

Few places are as iconic as Cathedral Rock. Rising like a sandstone monument against the sky, it’s bold, sculptural, and magnetic. The Templeton Trail loops around its base, offering sweeping views of Oak Creek and layered red mesas beyond.

At golden hour, the cliffs ignite, deep reds turning fiery orange and soft rose. The climb is steady, the views expansive, and the energy unmistakable.

This is Sedona at its most legendary and the perfect way to shake off the day of travel and ground in the vortex energy.

Boynton Canyon & Subway Cave (6.5 Miles)

Our first day on the trail begins beneath the balanced energy of Boynton Canyon, walking a wide, sandy trail framed by crimson cliffs and desert juniper. The air feels still here, almost reverent. As the canyon narrows, towering rock walls rise around us, guiding us toward the dramatic ascent to Subway Cave.

The final climb rewards us with a natural sandstone alcove carved into the cliff face — a cathedral of light and shadow.

Subway Cave in Sedona

From inside the cave, Sedona’s red rock landscape stretches wide and infinite, and you can feel the hush that makes this place unforgettable.

West Fork of Oak Creek (6.9 Miles)

Oak Creek Hike Sedona

The moment we step onto the trail at West Fork of Oak Creek, everything changes. The desert softens into a lush, shaded canyon lined with cottonwoods and sycamores. Towering sandstone walls rise dramatically overhead as we weave alongside — and often through — the cool, clear creek. Shoes off. Toes in the water. Sunlight filtering through leaves. This hike feels almost secret, a hidden ribbon of green tucked inside Sedona’s red rock world.

Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul alike.

Soldier Pass to Seven Sacred Pools & Vortex Cave

The trail through Soldier Pass winds through open desert terrain where rust-colored earth contrasts against bright blue sky. Along the way, we arrive at the Seven Sacred Pools — natural sandstone basins carved by centuries of rain, reflecting the cliffs above like mirrors. When water fills them, they shimmer. When dry, they glow deep copper in the sun.

A short climb leads us to the quiet Vortex Cave, a tucked-away pocket in the rock where wind and silence seem to swirl together. It’s raw, elemental, and undeniably powerful.

The Crack at Beaver Creek (7 Miles Round Trip)*

The Crack at Beaver Creek Sedona

This 7-mile adventure leads us through wide open desert terrain before revealing one of Arizona’s most beloved hidden gems, The Crack at Beaver Creek.

A narrow rock channel opens into a secluded swimming hole framed by smooth stone ledges and canyon walls. The water is cool and refreshing, especially after the hike in. Sun-warmed rock beneath you, blue sky overhead, laughter echoing off the canyon, it’s the kind of wild, simple joy that makes you feel completely alive.

*This is an alternate hike should soldier pass be dry.

This is movement as ceremony. Hiking as meditation. Desert as teacher.

The only way to truly understand a place is to immerse yourself in its landscapes, people, and stories.

Pool along oak creek Sedona

Oak Creek runs cool and clear beneath cottonwoods and sycamores. Just minutes from our doorstep lies Red Rock Crossing — one of the most photographed and energetically serene locations in Sedona. We’ll visit creek-side swimming holes, including hidden spots near Chavez Crossing and Baldwin Trail.

Sun-warmed red stone. Clear running water. Bare feet. Laughter echoing through canyon walls. These are the moments that stay with you.

Food is part of the adventure!
All meals are included from Friday dinner through Monday lunch, with delicious vegan-friendly menus designed for energy, balance, and flavor.

Uptown Sedona

After a day immersed in nature, we drift into the colorful energy of Uptown in Sedona, a walkable stretch of galleries, boutiques, artisan shops, and patio restaurants set against a backdrop of glowing sandstone spires. The architecture carries a warm southwestern charm, and nearly every corner opens to a postcard-worthy view. We’ll wander in and out of art galleries, browse handcrafted jewelry and Native American pieces, and settle into scenic patios for dinner.

Evenings here feel alive, music drifting through warm air, red rocks glowing in the distance, conversation flowing easily after a day well spent.

Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village

Just minutes away lies the enchanting Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village, a storybook arts enclave tucked beneath towering sycamores along Oak Creek. Modeled after a traditional Mexican village, its vine-covered stucco walls, arched entryways, and cobblestone walkways feel timeless and romantic.

More than 50 specialty shops and galleries showcase everything from bronze sculpture and blown glass to contemporary fine art, ceramics, textiles, and handcrafted jewelry. It’s not uncommon to see artists at work inside open studios, adding to the creative pulse of the village.

We’ll stroll slowly, savoring the beauty, perhaps stopping for dinner along the way. The atmosphere here is intimate and inspiring, the perfect complement to our time in the canyon wilderness.

Sunrise at Airport Mesa arrives in silence — the sky slowly igniting in soft pink and amber as the red rock formations glow beneath the first light of day. Sunset at Cathedral Rock feels cinematic, the sandstone cliffs deepening into crimson and fire as the sun slips behind the horizon. Golden hour at Slickrock stretches long and luminous, warm desert light wrapping around us as the day exhales.

And then the stars appear…

As an International Dark Sky Community, Sedona is known for its remarkably clear night skies and minimal light pollution. After yoga and dinner, we gather at the rooftop hot tub or step quietly into the open desert air, watching constellations emerge one by one. On clear nights, the Milky Way arcs boldly overhead like a river of light across an infinite sky. The red rocks fade into silhouette, conversation softens, and the vastness above reminds us just how expansive this experience truly is.

When we retreat, we offer ourselves the opportunity to press the pause button on life for a time and give ourselves some much needed selfcare.  It’s hard to think of anything more relaxing and grounding than spending a few days in nature, practicing yoga and meditation with a group of fun and interesting people.

This adventure combines all of that with the astounding beauty of Sedona, where red rock cathedrals provide the backdrop for emerald green canyons.  We will be hiking in valleys, canyons and swimming in serene natural pools in a region known for its powerful energy.

I truly enjoy leading retreats, teaching yoga, and finding community with new people in new and always interesting places.  I love to see the transformation that takes place between our opening dinners and our closing campfire, and the lasting memories that are created in between.
